Hourly care ensures you have access to the care you need at the time you need it. At 24/7 Passionate Care, our carers can come once a week or several times a day according to your requirements. Hourly care allows you to continue living independently in your own home.
Our carers make a point of getting to know you and your routine and will do their best to work around that. They can assist with medication, going to the toilet, getting in and out of bed, having a bath or shower, and other tasks to ensure you are comfortable and content.
We’re here with a helping hand when you need it most. From support with your medication and going to the toilet through to knowing your favourite meal and whether you prefer a bath or shower, our fully regulated visiting care service lets you continue living the life you want, on your terms.
As a leading provider of hourly care, 24/7 Passionate Care will provide fully trained carers to support people whatever their care needs. Clients typically require hourly care due to impairments that make it difficult to go about their daily routine. This can include people diagnosed with Dementia, Parkinson’s or other debilitating illnesses, or those who are recovering from a Stroke or an operation that is causing them mobility issues.
Asking for help is not always easy, but there are times when it is necessary and our carers also offer companionship at a time when you may not be able to get out as often as you would like.

Hourly care is ideal for anybody struggling with daily tasks but keen to continue living independently. Sometimes, just a few hours a week is enough for a carer to take care of those jobs that are a bit too much right now. This leaves you to continue living in your own home and getting on with the tasks you can manage.
24/7 Passionate Care offers a fully flexible service that based around your needs and requirements at any given time. If you need a little extra support every now and again, that’s fine. Likewise, if your condition improves and you want to take back control of some tasks, we’ll happily step back and let you.
However basic or complex your needs, what is best for you is at the heart of everything we do.
Flexible home care
We offer a full range of hourly care services from 30-minute visits once a week to full live-in care. Our social care and wellbeing packages are tailored to your needs and can be changed as and when required. Our staff are professional and discreet and can help with personal care and daily hygiene. We can also offer overnight care or respite care to give your usual career a well-deserved break.
We have a nurse-led team to assist with medical care and specialist Dementia carers to support the whole family following a diagnosis.
We have branches across the country and we are fully regulated and accredited by the CQC and CIW

How to arrange hourly care
Arranging hourly care is simple. After you get in contact, we’ll arrange an initial consultation where we will talk to you and your family about your care needs and discuss some of the options. Once we agree on the care package you’d like to begin with, it’s down to you to tell us when you’d like it to commence.
Our advisors are always on-hand to answer any questions you may have and to help you understand your visiting care options. They can help guide you on what aspects of care might suit your circumstances best, but the decision is always yours.
Who can benefit from hourly care?
Hourly care is available to anybody who needs help to carry on living independently. It may be that you have a long term condition that will require carers, or you may be recovering from illness or injury and just need a little extra support temporarily.
For those with more complex care needs, we have trained care workers and qualified nurses to help you decide on the best care package to support you in living independently and being comfortable and pain-free.
